You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. You must not register an Account on behalf of another person.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — regardless of device, IP address, household or payment method used — constitute a material breach of these Terms. xt777 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void associated wagers and withhold related balances.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. You must not register or use the Platform if you are located in or a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction. Registering or using a VPN, proxy or other mechanism to circumvent geographic restrictions constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. You are obligated to maintain and promptly update this information should it change. Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, notify xt777 support immediately at the email address provided in Section 16.
Before processing any withdrawal, xt777 requires Users to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. This process typically requires submission of:
xt777 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage, including before processing a deposit, during an active bonus period, or as part of an AML investigation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on xt777 are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each offer. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotional offer, the promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that offer.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotional terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier — for example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x requirement means a total of PKR 30,000 must be wagered in qualifying games before withdrawal eligibility is established.
xt777 reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a User has exploited a bonus offer in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose. This includes, without limitation, low-risk betting strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, multi-accounting to claim offers multiple times, and collusion with other Users.
Bonuses and promotions are available to eligible Users only. xt777 may, at its discretion, restrict bonus eligibility based on account history, geographic location, payment method or other criteria, without being required to provide a specific reason.
Bonus funds and free spins that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Account without compensation.
All wagers placed on the Platform — including sports betting markets covering Pakistan cricket (Tests, ODIs, T20 internationals, PSL), ICC tournaments, international football, UFC and other sports; casino games; live dealer products; slots; instant games; and esports — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category. A wager is not accepted until it has been confirmed by the Platform's system and a bet reference number has been generated. xt777 reserves the right to decline or void any wager at any time, including where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect price being displayed or where a market should have been suspended but was not due to a system fault.
In the event of a manifest or palpable error in the odds, lines or game parameters displayed on the Platform — including prices that are clearly incorrect relative to prevailing market rates — xt777 reserves the right to void affected wagers, regardless of whether they have been confirmed. Winnings paid in error must be returned on demand.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game, live dealer session or instant game that interrupts play before a natural conclusion, xt777 will use game server logs to determine the outcome of interrupted rounds. Where server-side data is insufficient to determine a fair outcome, the wager will be voided and the staked amount refunded to the Account.
All games on the Platform are operated on a random-outcome basis (slots, casino games) or are subject to real-world sporting outcomes (sports betting). Past results have no bearing on future outcomes. The house edge means that, over time, players can statistically expect to lose more than they win. Gambling should be treated as entertainment — not as a source of income.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game content, sports data presentation and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of xt777 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, transmit or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from xt777.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence (details available from xt777 support on request). xt777 does not claim to be governed by, licensed under or subject to the law of Pakistan for the purpose of these Terms.
